Budget

Budget items are assigned by month. Actuals use Transactions through today and match category + subcategory. YTD compares January through the current month, and shows the annual balance left. Year to Go shows the original annual plan, spending so far, and annual plan minus spending. Negative balances show overspending. Wish-list items are excluded.

Investments and debts remain outflows. CPF-funded entries and CPF transfer income are excluded. Credit is excluded from budget planning and spending. Recurring expenses are included automatically, and paid amounts remain recorded in Transactions.
